Fall is Here

Fall is here! At least it is in most parts of the country. In Southern California it appears an Indian summer is upon us which means we can continue grilling outdoors for another month.

If you haven’t tried it yet Tin Sing’s Chinese BBQ sauce is a versatile marinade and baste for everything from party wings to cha shu roast pork. It’s a sauce that turns into a nice, sticky glaze if you use high heat during the last 7-10 minutes of cooking. (Hint: If you like things spicy, add diced Serrano peppers for a little or if you prefer, a lot of heat.)
